Warranty Coverage
1-Year Limited Warranty
Watches purchased from 7-Star Watches are covered by a 1-year limited warranty beginning from the original date of purchase.
Warranty Does Not Cover
Normal Wear & Tear
Scratches, fading and cosmetic changes caused by normal everyday use are not covered.
Accidental Damage
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, impacts or improper handling is not covered.
Water Damage
Water-related damage on watches that are not designed or rated as water-resistant is excluded.
Battery After 6 Months
Battery-related claims are not covered after six months from the original purchase date.
Unauthorized Repairs
Damage resulting from repairs, modification or servicing performed by unauthorized personnel is not covered.
External Components
Straps, bracelets, crystals, watch cases and other external components are excluded from warranty coverage.
Colour & Finish
Colour fading, discoloration or changes in the watch finish are not covered under warranty.

How to Claim Your Warranty
Provide Proof of Purchase
Provide the original receipt or invoice as valid proof of purchase when submitting your warranty claim.
Submit Your Watch
Bring or send the watch to our authorized service center or retail outlet for assessment.
Inspection & Repair
Our technician will inspect the watch. If the issue qualifies under the warranty terms, eligible repairs will be carried out without repair charges.
